Educationally trained as an art historian at the undergraduate and graduate levels my areas of speciality include: Modern and Contemporary art, the geographical areas of the Caribbean, Scandinavia and Japan, Minimalism and Public Art and theories regarding migration, diaspora and Post-Colonialism.

In addition, my professional dexterity, includes marketing/pr, communications, brand development, social media management, web layout, event planning and program development.

Since 2013 I have been living in a quaint harbor town in Sweden ( I moved here for love and hoped for my career) and I started a freelance (one person) curatorial + creative studio called Kreativ Collabs. And I have had the pleasure of curating a few art exhibitions, an artist’s studio visit and was the project leader for a pilot program that explored art and nature.
